The complete solution for demanding positioning tasks of several axes. The P100 was developed as a universal solution, to fulfill all different tasks of positioning in the industry. Therefore a PLC is integrated, which the customer can adjust freely to his own needs.

The heart of the P100 system is the mother board with CPU and integrated PLC (16 inputs and 16 outputs), which can be populated with combined measuring and positioning modules to position up to 6 axes (analog 5 axes).

Furthermore a CAN-BUS connection is integrated to extend the PLC with 8 additional I/O cards (20 inputs and 12 outputs). The connection with the PC is made over one of the four existing RS232-COM interfaces.

The ELGO industrial PC (operating system Windows 95A) is equipped with a 6,4" TFT color screen, a mechanical robust, commercial 64 MB compact flash memory (larger ones possible on request) and a "CoDeSys" user interface. Additionally a 3.5" floppy disk drive and a connection for a PS2 keyboard are integrated.
